Aderhold Roofing Corporation is looking for a high-performing Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced office and takes pride in keeping everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
This is not a “just answer phones” role, this is a key position that supports accounting, operations, and leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Front Office & Administrative Support
• Answer phones and greet visitors professionally
• Manage incoming mail and office supplies
• Maintain organized records, logs, and reports
• Prepare letters, documents, and internal reports
Accounting Support
• Enter Accounts Payable invoices accurately
• Process credit card transactions and receipts
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (checks, wires, CC payments)
• Prepare weekly check runs for ownership
HR & Employee Support
• Assist with payroll processing
• Process new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate employee records
Compliance & Documentation
• Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance
• Manage Notice of Commencement & Notice to Owner documents
• Maintain fleet records and GPS tracking systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of administrative or accounting support experience
• Experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe
