Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
* Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
* Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
* Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.

Basic Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent and started additional education and/or related experience.
* At least 1-year hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
* Must have a clean record in order to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
