Job Description

Office Location: Downtown Dallas

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Reply to email, phone, or in-person inquiries
  • Assist with the preparation of materials of tax documents and audits
  • Prepare presentations and materials for clients, prospective clients, and board meetings
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, scan documents into client portal, and maintain records
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Maintain supply inventory and coordinate office repairs
  • Provide general support to office visitors
  • Cover the reception desk as required

Qualifications

  • Associate degree minimum plus 3 years in an administrative role
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn and utilize internal systems and applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of clients and internal personnel.
  • Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports
  • Experience with Adobe Pro, InDesign, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Remain insightful, caring, and flexible as it relates to the organization's mission, team members, and clients
