We are looking for an experienced and highly organized professional to support our Division Vice President and Commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing calendars, travel, meetings, office operations, onboarding coordination, and executive communications.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of administrative support experience
Strong MS Office skills
Experience supporting multiple leaders/teams
CPG or beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
