We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a 12-month onsite contract opportunity based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ .

Position Details:

• Job Title: Executive Assistant
• Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
• Duration: 12 Months
• Pay Rate: $45/hour on W2
• Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support special projects, events, and executive initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring seamless executive support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting marketing organizations or familiarity with marketing operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
