Job Description and Duties

Effective July 1, 2025in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit R01 , and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by three percent and will receive five hours PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027 . Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.

Analyst I

Under the supervision of the Correctional Administrator, Health Care Placement and Oversight Program (HCPOP) and indirectly reporting to the Captain (Adult Institution), the incumbent is responsible for utilizing basic analytical skills on sensitive program issues, including program data analysis and health care-related research topics to support program efforts in developing, implementing, and managing systems and processes for the statewide placement of incarcerated patients into appropriate health care beds.


Analyst II

Under the direction of the Correctional Administrator, HCPOP and indirectly reporting to the Captain (Adult Institution), the incumbent, as the subject matter generalist, is responsible for completing varied and complex assignments on sensitive program issues, including program data analysis and health care related research topics to support program efforts in developing implementing, and managing systems and processes for the statewide placement of patients into appropriate health care beds.


This position is located in HCPOP, Corrections Services (CS). The CS’ programs provide vital services that ensure CCHCS’ continued compliance, health care access, and safety throughout all institutions.
