A well-established Houston-area manufacturing company is seeking motivated Entry Level Assemblers to join their high-output production floor. In this role, you'll work alongside a large, collaborative team contributing directly to assembly line operations that keep production targets on track. Day to day, you'll be executing hands-on assembly tasks with precision, using standard measurement tools to ensure quality and consistency in every piece that moves through the line. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks on an active manufacturing line, maintaining pace and accuracy throughout your shift.

• Use a tape measure and other hand tools to verify dimensions and ensure components meet production specifications.

• Follow all workplace safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel-toed boots at all times on the floor.

• Maintain consistent attendance and availability across day or night shift schedules, contributing to a team that operates around the clock.

• Support overall production goals by meeting individual output targets and communicating any issues or defects to your team leads promptly.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to read and use a tape measure accurately in a production, construction, or manufacturing setting.

• Willingness and ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including availability for both day and night shift assignments.

• Must own or be willing to obtain steel-toed boots prior to the first day of work, as they are required on the production floor.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that requires sustained focus and consistent effort throughout a full shift.

• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehousing, or a comparable labor-intensive role is a plus, though motivated entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
