We are looking for candidates with prior cash-handling/banking or financial customer service experience who can hit the ground running, deliver top-tier service to our members, and grow with our team into a permanent role. Proficient in basic math, computer and teller systems plus excellent communication skills are a must.
salary: $14.5 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly, answer questions regarding account balances, and provide routine information
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments,, and cash out checks in accordance to standards
- Count currency, balance the cash drawer daily, verify all cash totals against transaction records
- Maintain strict security protocols and adhere to federal and state regulations
- Identify member financial needs and refer them to appropriate staff for services like loans or savings accounts.
