• Consultant / Senior Consultant - Value Creation/ Ops Performance Improvement

You’ll work closely with senior leadership across a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from high-growth ventures to established global organisations, delivering commercially focused, high-impact outcomes.

The Consultant / Senior Consultant will lead key project workstreams, shape strategy, and deliver results for a diverse, international client base.
Role Highlights
– Lead research, analysis, and development of strategic insights
– Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
– Build and present high-quality recommendations to senior stakeholders
– Support implementation of strategies to drive measurable outcomes
– Contribute to sales activity, including proposals and client meetings
You Will Need
– 1–6 years’ experience within management consulting (ops/supply-chain experience preferred)
– Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills
– Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
– Fluency in English and willingness to travel as needed
