Our client, a for-profit & reputable affordable housing developer, is seeking a Project Manager.
This person will oversee Affordable Housing projects utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) 4% / 9% tax exempt and taxable bonds, private bank loans, rental/operating subsidies, and other federal and state subsidies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in community development, business, economics, urban planning, or a related field.
Experience:
-5+ relevant experience in urban planning, housing development, real estate development, business, finance or a related field preferred.
-3+ years supervising programs, budgets, activities and staff.
