Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on, operational leader to join a fast-moving, high-growth crypto-native platform. The team executes at speed, runs bold, high-visibility campaigns, and delivers real-world brand experiences that leave a mark. Every hire has direct impact on how the brand shows up in the physical world.

You’ll sit at the intersection of logistics, operations, and live experiences. You’re equally comfortable managing multi-city tours, coordinating on-site crews, and troubleshooting last-minute surprises, while building systems and playbooks that let events run flawlessly without your constant presence.

Peak season means back-to-back events and multi-city tours. You thrive on the road, keeping operations smooth wherever you are.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end logistics for multi-city tours, conventions, and street-level activations
  • Maintain a rolling 60+ day event calendar with all deadlines, permits, vendors, and crew schedules
  • Manage on-site execution , leading booth setup, crew coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Oversee street marketing campaigns including branded vehicles, local permits, and team scheduling
  • Build playbooks and operational systems so activations scale without needing you physically present
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, production, and vendor teams to ensure flawless execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in event operations, experiential marketing, tour management, or production logistics
  • Proven experience managing multi-city or touring activations
  • Strong record handling permits, vendors, and equipment logistics end-to-end
  • Comfortable hiring and managing temporary on-site staff or brand ambassadors
  • Highly organized, with mastery of spreadsheets, checklists, and timelines
  • Willingness to travel extensively during peak activation season
