Job Description

At **AgencyCRM.com**, we are building a high-performing team that drives results through organized and efficient operations. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant** to support our leadership team and help streamline daily workflows.

### **Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar with accuracy and proactive planning
* Take clear, organized notes during meetings, calls, and voice memos
* Organize ideas, brainstorms, and action items into structured and trackable formats
* Ensure daily schedules and priorities run smoothly and efficiently
* Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the CEO with internal team members
* Create and maintain systems that bring clarity to fast-moving discussions and decisions
* Act as a support bridge between leadership ideas and team execution
* Record and document key discussions for reference and follow-up
* Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

### **Requirements:**

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
* Calm, confident, and professional in a remote work environment
* Comfortable turning unstructured voice notes or ideas into clear action steps
* Enjoys using planners, notebooks, or visual organization tools
* Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams is a plus but not required
