Position Overview

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, food quality, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a kitchen team with a strong focus on culture, consistency, and execution

• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
• Solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost controls
