Facilities Manager
Private Equestrian Estate | Kittitas Valley, WA
A highly regarded private ownership group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a premier 160-acre equestrian estate in Washington’s Kittitas Valley.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management of all property infrastructure, including advanced irrigation systems, mechanical and HVAC operations, geo-thermal systems, multiple residential structures (main estate, guest homes, and employee residences), and several equestrian barns.
The ideal candidate has significant experience managing large-scale equestrian properties and understands the expectations of a luxury private environment. Attention to detail, discretion, operational excellence, and a proactive maintenance mindset are essential.
This position requires a visible, engaged leader who takes pride in maintaining a complex estate to the highest standards. On-site housing may be available.
