Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Festival Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and operations of large-scale events in the Philadelphia market. This is a contract-based role ideal for a highly organized, solutions-driven professional with a strong background in live events, food & beverage operations, or festival production.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must be based in Philadelphia or within a reasonable commuting distance .

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end festival execution, including planning, logistics, and onsite management
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, city officials, and internal teams
  • Oversee food & beverage operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team leadership during event operations
  • Handle permitting, licensing, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues and maintain high-level guest experience standards

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing festivals, large-scale events, or high-volume operations
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and F&B execution
  • Experience working with permits, city regulations, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Must be available for flexible hours , including nights and weekends
Compensation
  • Contract Pay (commensurate with experience and scope of work)
