A regional law firm’s growing Wilmington office is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience who is able to both handle matters independently and also collaborate with a team.
Candidates must have experience with handling discovery, motions, pleadings, court hearings, mediations, etc. Trial experience is a plus. The substantive matters of this practice group includes healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and long-term care.
Must be admitted to practice in Delaware. PA Bar is a plus.
Billables 1800 - 2000
Salary range is $90,000 - $150,000. This is a wide range as the firm is open to candidates with a range of experience, starting with 2 years of experience.
