The Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant plays a key role in coordinating recruiting operations as part of the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on operational excellence, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. The Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization including, HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership—and contribute to building a culture of innovation, process improvement, and superior service delivery for internal and external customers by creating a best-in-class candidate care and pre-boarding experience to all prospective hires.
