Pay:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 annually
  • Total Compensation: opportunity to $70,000–$90,000+ with commission within your first year
  • Commission Structure: Uncapped, performance-based
  • Ramp-Up Period: Guaranteed earnings during onboarding/training period

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid Format

Job Description:

Our client is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing team. This role focuses on connecting with pre-qualified leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding individuals through insurance product options and the application process.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and are excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities
  • Educate customers on available insurance options and recommend solutions based on individual needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through application completion
  • Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM systems
  • Build rapport with customers and provide a positive, consultative experience
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or additional coverage
  • Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales, customer service, or contact center environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
