Position Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them protect their financial future through customized insurance and financial protection solutions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on educating clients, identifying needs, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach

  • Conduct client needs assessments to identify financial protection goals

  • Present and recommend customized insurance solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM systems

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals
