Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Management Trainee or Junior Director of Operations to join our operations team. This is a full-time, hands-on training and leadership role designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and aspire to grow into senior management positions. The successful candidate will train directly under the Executive Vice President of Operations and gain in-depth exposure to all aspects of restaurant management and company-wide operational standards. This role will involve time spent managing at one of our core restaurant locations in New York while also traveling to other properties to assist in training and ensuring operational consistency across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and uphold all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across FOH and BOH operations
• Shadow and support the EVP of Operations in daily executive-level tasks and strategic initiatives
• Manage daily operations at a designated restaurant location, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members according to company standards
• Travel to other restaurant properties to support opening, training, and operational consistency
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics and help implement initiatives for improvement
• Contribute to leadership meetings and provide input on process enhancements and team development
• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting the company’s core values and service standards across locations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations (supervisory or management experience a plus)
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often internationally (up to 50%)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and team development
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
