Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a  SENIOR PRODUCT EXPERIENCE MANAGER who is a versatile, high-impact role designed for a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments. This is a pinch hitter position where you'll work across consumercacing features, internal tooling, and partnerfacing experiences as the product and team take shape.

Your profile

The  Senior Product Experience Manager sits at the inrersection of product strategy, commercial execution & partner success. This role combines the mindset of a product lead, the fluency of a sales engineer & the empathy of client service to ensure partners understand, adopt & succeed with L1VE's offering.

You will work closely with commercial teams during the sales process to translate L1VE's capabilities into clear partner value, then own the transition into defining partner-specific product requirements, delivery expectations & ongoing feedback loops. Your work ensures that partner confidence over time without fragmeting the core product.

End-to-End Product & Event Delivery

  • Establish and run the Operating model that ensures product, features & L1VE events are delivered smoothly & consistently

  • Own launch readiness for L1VE experiences, including timelines, dependencies & go/no-go criteria

Systems, Workflows & Rituals

  • Design & maintain planning, prioritization & delivery workflows across pods

  • Define & run core rituals (planning, reviews, retrospective, post-event learnings)

  • Create clarity around roles, handoffs & decision-making

L1VE Ops Enablement

  • Partner cloesely with Production to operationalize L1VE event readiness

  • Develop & maintain event playbooks by vertical

  • Ensure cross-functional coordination during L1VE moments & post-event follow-up

Measurement & Outcomes

  • Define what "success" looks like for launches & events in partnership with product & data

  • Ensure teams are capturing the right signals (delivery, quality, partner confidence & engagement

  • Translate learnings into process & roadmap improvements

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as trhe connective tissue across product, UX, content, production, data & engineering

  • Surface risks early & drive resolution before they impact launches or partners

  • Create shared accountability without becoming bureaucratic

Why us?

The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year (actual salary will be determined in t by experience and geographic location).

We're based in lower Manhattan and Berlin. This role is hybrid. Specific in-office days and/or travel will be discussed during the interview process with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that while we do not expect our hybrid policy to change, the number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time.
