Dispatch Lead / Service Coordinator (Lead Role), Miami/Medley

We are hiring a Dispatch Lead to oversee daily scheduling and dispatch operations. This is a working lead role where you will be hands-on with dispatch while supervising a team of 3 dispatchers and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and schedule technicians for daily service calls
• Supervise and support a team of 3 dispatchers
• Review schedules and adjust assignments based on workload and urgency
• Track job progress and maintain communication with technicians throughout the day
• Handle incoming service requests and create work orders
• Provide updates to customers regarding scheduling and service timelines
• Resolve scheduling issues, delays, and customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, job status, and completion
Requirements:
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination
• Experience supervising or leading a small team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and service requests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
Compensation:
$55,000
