We're seeking a driven, energetic Marketing, PR & Sales Director to increase our visibility and presence within the community.

Overview

The Marketing, PR & Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing and sales strategy, with a strong focus on digital growth, brand positioning, public relations, and revenue generation.

This role ensures full alignment between marketing initiatives, sales performance, business objectives, and customer engagement across all platforms and locations. The position is directly accountable for driving measurable revenue growth through strategic initiatives that increase restaurant sales and profitability, based on targets defined by management.

This is a highly commercial and client-facing role, requiring a proactive approach to business development, partnerships, and revenue generation both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across all platforms
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), including budget management
• Analyze performance and present reports on campaign results, ROI, and budget allocation
• Guide content strategy to ensure consistency with brand voice and growth objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with Chambers of Commerce and community partners to increase visibility and generate business opportunities
• Actively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and direct sales efforts
• Attend meetings, events, and community activations to represent the brand and drive partnerships and revenue
• Manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnerships to drive both brand awareness and sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that directly increase revenue and seasonal performance
• Plan and oversee events and activations that generate traffic, customer acquisition, and direct revenue impact
• Maintain consistent communication with location managers to ensure proper execution of initiatives
• Oversee brand positioning and public relations efforts to strengthen market presence
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels
• Develop promotional campaigns and offers that directly increase restaurant revenue
• Track and analyze sales performance to ensure marketing efforts meet revenue goals
• Drive revenue growth aligned with management-defined targets

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 80k annually + Commission
• Commission Structure: Aggressive performance-based commissions tied to revenue growth and sales performance
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): High six-figure potential for top performers
