We are seeking an experienced Assistant for a busy practice in Beverly Hills, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, patient-focused professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations, coordinating appointments, and helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for patients. The Assistant will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently by managing phones, schedules, supplies, files, patient questions, and day-to-day patient flow.
