Job Description

Part-time Personal Assistant to top owners of a real estate investment firm. 30-32 hours/week in the office, located in the inner-loop of Houston TX.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings and personal appointments
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft presentations, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Manage bills, both personal and business related, expense reports and due dates of upcoming policies - using portals to pay
  • Strong customer service professional skills to assist clients, customers and vendors
  • Redline documents that will be revised and revised again
  • Create project files with deadline list of documentation, agreements, financial reports and invoices
  • General IT assistance - MSO 365, DocuSign and Portals
  • Heavy confidential information to manage. Must have experience with this type of role
  • Strong writing/editing skills to represent the firm with notices, scheduling appointments a nd creating business documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 years Executive Assistant support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
