ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're a well-established, independently owned venue in Columbus with a loyal following and a strong community identity. Our scratch kitchen serves pizza, appetizers, and snacks to guests — a fun, fast-paced environment where hospitality and food quality matter equally. We're looking for an experienced kitchen manager to lead our culinary operation as we continue to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all kitchen operations including pizza prep, line cooking, and quality control during service
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop kitchen staff; build a strong, accountable team culture
- Manage food cost, ordering, and vendor relationships while minimizing waste
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards at all times
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal specials, and pricing with ownership
- Coordinate kitchen timing with front-of-house to ensure smooth, event-driven service

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience, with pizza or high-volume restaurant background preferred
- Strong knowledge of dough handling, pizza techniques, and scratch kitchen cooking
- Proven leadership under pressure with a calm, team-first approach
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
