Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Master Pressman for thier facility outside Milwaukee WI. This is a day shift posiiton working 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) on 12 hour shift from 6am-6pm. That is 8 hours of OT every week, gaurenteed at a 1.5x rate. This is easily a $100,000 / year position The Master Pressman much have expreince with either a W&H Miraflex Press (Wide web) or a PCMC Flexo Press (Wide-web). Relocation Assistance is Provided! This is a fantastic company with very low turnover. They have been expriencing amazing growth and this plant has doubled in size in the past 5 years. This is a climate controlled facility and they offer several quarterly bonus incentives.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Operate printing press.
• Ensure print design conforms to job jacket information.
• Responsible for print sample retention.
• Notifies Supervisor/Lead Person or Quality Assurance Technician of non-conformities.
• Responsible for proper packaging and labeling of work in-process and/or finished product.
• Ensure raw materials have been approved for use.
• Ensure all bench top test and measuring equipment being used are properly calibrated.
• Identification and control of Non-conforming material.
• Set-up and Clean-up machine.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• HIgh School Diploma - College Degree a plus
• 7+ years of Flexogrpahic Printing / Press Operator Experience
• MUST HAVE - Experince with W&H Miraflex Press (Wide web) -or- PCMC Flexo Press (Wide-web)
