Bilingual Recruiter / Client Service Representative (Spanish Required)

Houston, TX 77029 | Full-Time | In-Office

LINK Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter / Client Service Representative to join our Houston team. In this role, you’ll connect great people with meaningful work, support client needs, and make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source talent through online platforms, referrals, community partnerships, and events
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, conduct skills assessments, complete reference checks, and process onboarding paperwork
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow through ATS and recruiting tools
  • Consistently achieve recruiting and hiring goals

Client & Field Staff Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through calls, visits, and follow-up
  • Conduct arrival calls, first-day check-ins, and weekly follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and field staff, helping resolve issues and gather feedback
  • Recognize and reward high-performing field staff

Assignment Coordination & Operations

  • Intake and process detailed job orders and match talent to client needs
  • Prepare field staff for assignments by clearly explaining job expectations and site conditions
  • Maintain accurate records for clients, field staff, assignments, and timesheets
  • Assist with opening and closing branch operations and participate in on-call rotations as needed

Safety, Compliance & Documentation

  • Deliver safety orientations and reinforce LINK safety standards
  • Support and document safety incidents in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure compliance and complete documentation for recruiting and assignment activity
  • Assist in 24/7 safety response efforts and triage coordination

Sales Support & Business Growth

  • Support business growth through skill marketing, pump calls, and client outreach
  • Identify and share sales leads based on applicant conversations and field feedback
  • Participate in weekly branch strategy meetings
  • Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting efforts
  • Help maintain target field staff levels and gross profit goals

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, staffing, recruiting, or related experience
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active insurance required for client visits

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced office environment with frequent interaction with clients and candidates
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and travel locally for client visits
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Attendance at job fairs and community events as needed
