Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Parma OH 44130

Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 10am-6pm

Requirements:

• Ability to take and pass a typing test.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and validation tasks.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
• Good understanding of document classification, redaction, and check batch reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification from incoming digital images.
• Validate document classifications to ensure accuracy.
• Verify data extracted from digital documents to ensure correctness.
• Check the application of redactions on digital documents and ensure completeness.
• Manually index meta-data from digital documents.
• Perform check batch total reconciliation and ensure the proper distribution of amounts as required by customers.
