Job Description

We are hiring a senior leader to own the planning, execution, and outcomes of our most important programs and events. This is an in-office role based in New Jersey.

This role is responsible for our flagship annual conference, quarterly peer groups, cohort based programs and select industry events. These are recurring, revenue aligned initiatives tied directly to attendance, enrollment, sponsorship revenue, and long-term community value.

What You Will Own

• End to end execution of a three-day flagship annual conference with defined attendance and sponsorship goals
• Quarterly peer groups and cohort-based program launches
• A master calendar across all programs and events
• Sponsor enablement and delivery in partnership with Sales
• Cross functional execution with Marketing, CX, and executive leadership

You will be accountable for on time launches, execution quality, and consistent delivery at scale.

Experience and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience owning large scale conferences or multi day programs
• Experience running recurring programs or cohorts
• Comfort partnering with Sales on sponsor or revenue driven initiatives
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and budgets
