Senior Business Travel & Groups Consultant (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Premium Benefits Package

Location: Homeworking / Remote

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with specialized experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare travel to join our dedicated medical travel team for a global Travel Management company (TMC). This is a high-touch role designed for a Sabre GDS expert who understands the unique logistical and compliance-driven world of medical meetings, clinical trials, and healthcare professional (HCP) travel.

Key Responsibilities

Specialized Groups Coordination: Lead the end-to-end logistics for medical congresses, investigator meetings, medical trials and advisory boards.
Compliance-First Booking: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere strictly to PhRMA code , the Sunshine Act , and specific client meal/spend caps.
Sabre Mastery: Execute complex international and domestic bookings using Native Sabre with accuracy.
HCP White-Glove Service: Provide premium, "concierge-level" support to healthcare professionals and medical executive teams.
Logistical Manifesting: Manage room blocks, ground transportation, and multi-sector group itineraries with precision.

Required Skills & Experience

Industry Expertise: 5+ years in Senior Corporate Travel, with a strong preference for candidates from Pharmaceutical or Healthcare backgrounds.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Sabre GDS is essential.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HCP compliance and "Transfer of Value" reporting.
Precision: Exceptional attention to detail required for high-stakes medical meeting deadlines.
