Location: Preferred Chennai (Hybrid) | Flexible for the right candidate
Remote candidate will also work if candidate can visit office when required.

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to support State Government digital transformation programs built on the Salesforce platform.

Experience Required

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Enterprise application design experience
• Salesforce Lightning application design experience preferred

• Design end-to-end UX/UI experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct UX workshops using Miro
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects & Developers
• Maintain Design Systems
• Work in Agile using Jira & Confluence
• Present designs to business stakeholders
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
