The  American Airlines Center is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in downtown  Dallas, Texas . The arena serves as the home of the  Dallas Stars of the NHL and  Dallas Mavericks of the NBA .

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented food and beverage  Suite Supervisor to join our  Premium Suites team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of a premium food and beverage department and will perform a variety of duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

• Manages premium food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
