A team with great cooperation and with diverse backgrounds is waiting for you to join!**How you ́ll make an impact*** Contribute to customer satisfaction by driving complex technical task, issues and warranty cases.* Planning of service team* Perform Service tasks like inspection, maintenance, commissioning and upgrading of water cooling system equipment on Site.* With time you`ll also be involved in training and guidance of customer personnel.* Cooperating across departments when helping customers with customer support such as trouble shooting and technical questions.* Create new ideas and identify solutions.* Customer support such as quotations, orders and technical support* Knowledge in areas as mechanical & electrical is beneficial.* In this role you will occasionally travel to customers to support customers for upgrade projects, spare part review or complex technical support or advice.**Your background*** You are supportive and self-confident and can handle both ups and downs and able to manage any problems that may occur.* You want to develop the business through challenge and improve processes and collaboration.* You are service-minded, creative, open-minded, and solution-focused.* You hold an education in the technical area or have some years of work experience.* Knowledge and skills in PLC automation systems is a plus.* Experienced in document handling.* Experience from Office work as well as Site work.* Proficient in technical English is needed since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world.
