Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
• Communicate with clients and partners via email, phone, and other virtual platforms
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Conduct research and gather information as needed
• Help with social media management and content creation
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Virtual Assistant or Secretary are a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time or part-time contract position. The working hours will be flexible, but candidates must be available during regular business hours. This is a remote position, and candidates must be located in the USA to be considered.
