Sr Digital Marketing Specialists

Location : Houston, Texas (In Office)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Reporting To: Regional Marketing Manager

Compensation : $65,000 to $75,000 Base + Benefits

The Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will own and scale the company's digital marketing initiatives with a focus on performance driven lead generation.

This role will lead paid search campaigns, SEO strategy, and emerging AI search optimization initiatives to ensure the company’s products and solutions are highly visible to buyers researching safety systems online.

The position is both strategic and hands on. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and using marketing data to drive measurable business growth.

Success in this role directly impacts marketing generated pipeline, marketing qualified leads, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Implement LLM and AI search optimization strategies to improve visibility within AI generated search responses and modern search platforms.
  • Generate consistent Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Manage and improve website content, landing pages, and digital assets using WordPress or a similar CMS platform.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth and pipeline development.

  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using key marketing metrics including:

Cost Per Lead

Cost Per Acquisition

Marketing Qualified Leads

Sales Qualified Leads

Marketing Generated Revenue

Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience Required

  • 3 years managing paid search campaigns such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 3 years executing SEO strategies and optimization initiatives.
  • At least 3 years implementing SEO and SEM programs within a B2B solution based business.
  • Minimum 3 years working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience with AI search visibility and LLM optimization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical B2B markets is highly desirable.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong performance marketing and SEM optimization expertise.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy and organic search growth.
  • Experience optimizing digital content for modern AI driven search platforms.
  • Comfort working with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects and results.

Team Structure

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join a growing marketing team and work closely with leadership to scale digital marketing performance and support company wide growth initiatives to surpass 300+ monthly MQL's.
